BODY PUMP  60 MINS

A non-impact muscle strengthening class to give your body a complete workout, using dumbbells and barbell weights to choreographed music. Suitable for all levels.

SCULPT 60 MINS

Tone and shape every inch of your body and increase your metabolism using dumbbells, barbells, lower body resistance techniques and some step warm up.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

SMASH 60 MINS

A fun energetic class that will box out some calories and smash your arms, legs and abs. All levels of fitness.​

CYCLE X TRAIN 60 MINS

This class is a combination of Hi-Lo intensity using weights, fit balls, bikes and other challenging moves.  Suitable for all levels.

From high-intensity cardio to strength-testing circuits, this class offers a weekly challenge that pushes your limits and delivers unbeatable results.

REV IT UP 60 MINS

This spin bike class will give you a great cardiovascular and endurance workout on a stationary bike that is guaranteed to burn lots of calories.

SPIN / CORE 60 MINS

30 mins of the classic high energy endorphin rush of spin followed by 30 mins of core/abdominal exercises to create the 6 pack you deserve. All levels.

CARDIO BOX 60 MINS

A fun energetic boxing class, using a variety of boxing moves with pads/gloves.  Also includes some abdominal work.  All levels of fitness.

YOGA 60 MINS

This class will improve your flexibility, strength, balance, decrease stress and improve posture.  You will learn how to connect the body and mind with breathing.

PILATES 60 MINS

Improve joint mobility and posture.  Prevent lower back pain, neck strains and muscle imbalances.  This Class will improve your core strength and help you be more aware of the body.  Low impact mat work.

AQUA/H20 FITNESS 45 MINS

Low impact fun moves in the water using noodles and water dumbbells.  Help improve your fitness with no strain on the joints. All levels.

ZUMBA™ 60 MINS

The Zumba™ program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.

CC 45 MINS

Experience CC45; our Cycle High-Intensity Class, where heart-pounding music harmonizes with a fusion of interval cycling, weights and body weight exercises. A fun, high energy & dynamic workout that pushes your limits and leaves you energized and empowered. 

TEAM HIIT

TEAM = Together Everyone Achieves More. A dynamic full body conditioning class focusing on functional movement. A fusion of cardio and strength endurance which will challenge your physical and mental self. This high energy class incorporates a circuit set up; regressions / progressions always available.

DISCO SPIN 45 MINS

Throw on your spinning shoes and hop on your bike for a throw-back ride to all your disco favourites. This disco Spin class will fly by with a combo of heart-pumping acceleration drills on fast flat roads and high-gear hill climbs. Sing, dance, and work along with Jo during this fun themed cycle ride.

Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

CIRCUIT 60 MINS

Put your body to the challenge with CIRCUIT.  This class will improve your fitness and strength, including sprints, runs, boxing and body weight strength work.  Intermediate/advanced levels.

BOXING 60 MINS

This class will focus on boxing fundamentals; involving a mixture of pad work and core conditioning. This is great for people looking to include some extra cardio or learn how to box.
