REFORMER PILATES
Gold Coast Pilates* is a boutique studio offering intimate reformer Pilates classes tailored to your specific needs.
It’s low-impact, high-intensity, balanced and precise. It can strengthen and tone the entire body, build your core, improve posture and breathing, and provide a mental health outlet and increase mindfulness.

CLINICAL PILATES

Having transitioned from a career as a amateur golfer, he brings a unique perspective to his practice, combining his passion for sports and fitness to help individuals improve their overall well-being through targeted exercise and specialized Pilates techniques.
He has a special interest that ranges from the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries to assisting people regain their independence while dealing with or after having suffered all manner of neurological conditions such as Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease and Dementia.
